888k FAQ – Got Questions? We've Got Answers

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on 888k. This applies to all players in the Philippines. We take responsible gaming seriously — if there is any doubt about a player's age, we may request valid government-issued ID to complete identity verification.

No. Each player is allowed only one account. Duplicate accounts violate our Terms & Conditions and may result in suspension. If you think your original account has been compromised or you've lost access, please reach out to our support team directly so we can help you recover it safely.

Account verification (KYC) may be required before processing withdrawals or when unusual activity is detected. You'll typically be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID such as a passport, SSS card, PhilSys ID, or driver's license. Verification protects both your account and your funds.

All transactions on 888k are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). There is no need to deal with currency conversion — everything from deposits to winnings is reflected in PHP, making it straightforward for players across Manila, Cebu, Davao, and the rest of the Philippines.

888k supports Philippine-friendly payment options including:

• Local bank transfers (online and mobile banking)
• E-wallets such as GCash and Maya

All deposits are processed in PHP. Please note that credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on this platform.

Withdrawal processing times can vary depending on the method used and whether your account has been fully verified. Bank transfers and e-wallet withdrawals are generally processed within standard business hours. Having your KYC verification completed in advance helps avoid any delays in releasing your funds.

Minimum deposit amounts depend on the payment method selected. Generally, e-wallet deposits via GCash or Maya have lower entry points compared to bank transfers. Check your account dashboard for the current minimum and maximum limits applicable to your chosen method.

All slot titles on 888k run on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by the game developers. This ensures every spin result is independent and unpredictable. No outcome is predetermined, and no strategy can guarantee a win — the results are entirely random every single time.

Your account is protected with SSL encryption on every connection, meaning your login credentials and financial data are always transmitted securely. OTP (one-time password) verification adds a second layer of protection when logging in from a new device or location. We strongly recommend using a unique, strong password and never sharing your login details with anyone.

If you notice unfamiliar activity or believe someone else has accessed your account, change your password immediately via the account settings page. Then contact our support team at [email protected] so we can review recent login activity, temporarily freeze the account if needed, and help you regain full control securely.

On the Login page, click the "Forgot password?" link. You'll receive a reset link or OTP sent to your registered email address or mobile number. Follow the steps to set a new password. For security reasons, reset links expire after a short period, so complete the process promptly once you receive the message.
